The Reports section provides performance data for your Google Ad Grants campaigns at multiple levels of detail. It’s accessible from the left sidebar and is where you monitor how your campaigns are performing over time.
Report Views
Reports are organized into six views, each showing performance at a different level of granularity:
- Overview – an account-wide performance summary across all campaigns
- Campaign – performance broken down by individual campaign
- Ad Groups – performance at the ad group level
- Ads – individual ad performance
- Keywords – keyword-level data showing which search terms are driving results
- Search Themes – performance broken down by Performance Max search theme
Filtering by Campaign Scope
Reports can be filtered to show either all campaigns in your Google Ads account or only the campaigns built and managed by Ad Grants Pilot. Use this filter to focus your analysis on what the platform is running, or to get a full picture of your account including any campaigns managed outside of Ad Grants Pilot.
Email Reporting
In addition to the in-app report views, Ad Grants Pilot can send automated performance reports to your inbox on a schedule you configure. Email reporting is covered in the Email Reporting guide.
