The margin math

Keep your retainer. Lose the busywork.

Agencies typically bill $600 to $2,000 a month for Google Ad Grants management. Ad Grants Pilot costs $99 a month per connected client, so the spread stays yours. Move the sliders to see what the program does to your book.

Add a service line without adding headcount

Web designers, consultants and grant writers use the program to offer Ad Grants management for the first time, with no PPC hire.

What gets white-labeled

Everything the client touches is yours

There is no co-branding, no powered-by badge and no fee for the white label. Set your logo, palette and domains once, and every client-facing deliverable ships in your identity.

Client dashboards on your domain

A standalone report at reporting.youragency.com/clientname, refreshed daily. Grant utilization, summary metrics, month over month trends, campaign and ad group tables with expandable conversion breakdowns, plus a Google Analytics 4 section that puts Ad Grants traffic next to every other source on the site.

Automated email reports from your address

Weekly, monthly or both. We pull seven reports from the Ad Grants account, write the plain-language summary and the suggested next steps, then drop the draft into your agency inbox so a human can review before it sends. Donation revenue is included when donation tracking is live.

Branded campaign previews for approval

Export any campaign or ad group as a PDF in your branding: location targeting, budget, keywords, every headline and description, ad previews and landing pages. Send it, get sign-off, then push live. No client login required.

Your agency workspace and team seats

Every connected client in one view with spend, impressions, clicks and click-through rate, similar to an MCC roll-up. Add staff, scope each person to the accounts they own, and choose manager or staff permissions.

How it works

Live on your first client in an afternoon

Four steps, no development work, no integration queue. The only systems we touch are the client's Google Ad Grants account, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

  1. Connect a client account

Sign in with Google OAuth to link their Ad Grants account, GA4 and Tag Manager. No CRM migration, no CMS work, nothing for their web team to do.

  2. Push live the campaigns we built

Every new account arrives with a search campaign already built: brand, donation, take-action, volunteer and mission ad groups, keywords with SEMrush volume, and every headline and description written. Review, edit anything, push live.

  3. Set your brand once

Upload your logo, confirm the palette we pulled from your site, and point your DNS at the reporting subdomain and sending address. That is the white label done, for every client.

  4. Let the reporting run

Dashboards refresh daily. Email reports draft themselves on your schedule. You spend your hours on strategy, approvals and new business instead of exports.

Who joins the program

Built for anyone selling to mission-driven organizations

Ad Grants is one of the few growth levers a nonprofit can switch on for free. The program exists so you can be the one who switches it on.

Paid media and nonprofit agencies

Keep the retainer, hand the compliance guardrails, campaign builds and reporting to the platform.

Consultants and freelancers

Serve more Ad Grants clients than your calendar previously allowed, without hiring a PPC specialist.

Web and CMS platforms

A new site takes months to earn organic traffic. Bundle Ad Grants so clients see search visibility from launch week.

Grant writers and fundraising consultants

Clients hear "grant" and assume you handle it. Now you can, with best practices built in.

Faith-based and denominational services

501(c)(3) churches qualify for the same $10,000 a month. Performance Max also places them in local Google Maps results.

Ecosystem and platform partners

Managing hundreds of accounts? We will scope tier-one support handoff and a phased rollout with you.

Pricing

One price per client. Nothing hidden.

Direct nonprofit subscriptions are $199 a month. Agency partners pay $99 a month per connected client, and every white-label feature is included at that price. Start with the free trial, connect up to three clients, cancel any time.

FAQ

Agency questions, answered

The things partners actually ask on the first call.

No. Every client-facing surface carries your branding: the reporting dashboard, the email reports, the campaign approval PDFs. Reports send from your domain and dashboards live on your subdomain. There is no co-branding and no powered-by badge.

No. You can run the entire engagement without a client ever seeing the platform. They receive your branded PDF previews for approval, your branded email reports, and a dashboard URL they can open any time. If you would rather give a client read access, you can, but nothing requires it.

Unlimited search and Performance Max campaign builds, the full white-label reporting suite, branded campaign exports, your agency workspace with staff seats and permissions, one-click baseline conversion tracking, an onboarding call, and ongoing access to a named customer success manager. White-labeling itself carries no extra fee.

No. Billing is month to month per connected client, and you can disconnect an account or cancel at any time. The free trial runs 30 days with up to three connected clients and does not roll into an annual commitment.

You disconnect that account and stop paying for it. Because pricing is per connected client and month to month, you are never carrying a seat for an account that cannot run. If you are onboarding a batch of clients who have not applied for Google for Nonprofits yet, tell us and we will sequence billing around the approval timeline.

Only to add net new tags for the specific conversion events you approve. Nothing existing is modified. On the onboarding call we audit what the client already tracks. If their conversion tracking is already thorough, we simply link those key events to the Ad Grants account and mark them as conversions at no charge. If they have nothing, the one-click setup creates engaged-session and multi-page-visit conversions, which is the baseline Ad Grants needs to spend properly.

Yes. Custom key event setup is $150 one time per event, for example a donation, an email signup or an event registration. Once it is live, donation counts and revenue flow into your white-label dashboards and email reports automatically.

This is the question we get most from experienced media buyers, and the architecture answers it. No AI model talks to the Google Ads API. Our models write campaign structures into our own database, and a separate service pushes approved changes to Google through our standard Google Ads API access. That separation is why we have not had account or access issues.

Your MCC stays exactly where it is. Each client's Ad Grants account is connected through Google OAuth, and your agency workspace gives you a roll-up view across accounts with spend, impressions, clicks and click-through rate, similar to what you check in the MCC. Account managers get scoped access to only the clients they own.

Three, all Google: the Ad Grants account, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. We do not integrate with the client's CRM, donation platform or website CMS, so there is no development work and no integration queue on your side.

Plan on one to three hours for initial setup per client, including the onboarding call and pushing the first campaigns live, plus a couple of hours to dial in your brand settings once for the whole agency. After that, partners report roughly two hours a month per account, mostly reviewing report drafts and spinning up new ad groups when a client launches something.
