Ad Grants Pilot can deliver automated performance reports straight to your inbox. Reports are written in plain English with AI-generated summaries and actionable recommendations — no need to log in to check how your campaigns are doing. Email reporting is configured in the Reports section of the platform.

Setting Up Email Reporting

To configure email reporting, navigate to Reports in the left sidebar and open the Email Reporting settings. The following options are available:

Frequency — choose how often reports are sent: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Delivery Day — for weekly reports, select the day of the week. For monthly reports, select the day of the month.

Delivery Time — set the time of day the report should arrive.

Recipients — enter one or more email addresses to receive the report. Reports can be sent to multiple people, making it easy to keep stakeholders informed without requiring them to log in.

Scope — choose whether the report covers only the campaigns built and managed by Ad Grants Pilot, or all campaigns in your Google Ad Grants account.

What the Reports Include

Each report summarizes your campaign performance for the selected period and includes actionable recommendations — specific things you can do to improve results. They are designed to be useful to anyone in your organization, not just those familiar with Google Ads.

Where do I set up email reporting?
Email reporting is configured in the Reports section of the platform, accessible from the left sidebar.

Can I send reports to multiple people?
Yes. You can add multiple email addresses as recipients. This is useful for keeping board members, executive directors, or other stakeholders informed without requiring them to log in to the platform.
What does the Scope setting control?
Scope determines which campaigns are included in the report. You can choose to report on only the campaigns built and managed by Ad Grants Pilot, or all campaigns in your Google Ad Grants account — including any managed outside the platform.
